NURTURING SPACES

The first problem was that she gave me very messy diagrams of where to put the recessed lights. I called her, and she sent me some new diagrams. The problem here was that the placement of the recessed lights for one of the rooms indicated that she really couldn't remember what the room looked like, because she was suggesting putting a some of the lights in places where they would not work. So I asked her to come back and look at that room again a couple of times, unsuccessfully. Finally, she emailed me that she would come back, but by that time I was disgusted, and didn't want to deal with her anymore. Her sense of where the skylights and recessed lights should go wasn't bad, and she seemed reasonably knowledgeable. I also felt that she spent too much time trying to re-arrange where the furniture should go in one of the rooms after I tried to tell her I wasn't interested in that right now. But one could argue that I should have been more forceful with her about it.

Although being in business for 15 years I hit a very slow period. When I was talking to my friend about it they gave me the gift of a visit with Linda and paid for Linda to come to my house and my shop. She spent several hours with me and my family going over certain things which she felt would enhance my business and our lives. Being that I'm open minded I was fascinated with the whole process and although I didn't think much would come of it I didn't have very high expectations. Nothing could be further from the truth. Linda is a highly educated lady who holds several degrees and has made an immense impact on my business. Since meeting with her I can't keep up with the business coming in. We highly recommend her.
