We decided to hire Mr. Sacca after getting several estimates to replace our residential driveway because he seemed to have many years experience, and was local to our town. Our contract was dated May 29, 2013 with the promise of doing the job no later than August. Our job was not done until mid-October, fit in between other jobs. At that time, we received an estimate of $350.00 for seal coating with the promise to lay the seal coat in spring of 2014. Starting in early spring and into the summer of 2014, we called Mr. Sacca on a great many occasions to have the seal coat scheduled and we never received a call back. Beginning September of 2014, we called other seal coat contractors, getting four estimates. Our driveway, in the meanwhile, has begun "raveling", a consistent disintegration of the asphalt particles throughout the entire driveway. Given this disintegration, and the total lack of responsiveness in scheduling and returning calls, we would not recommend Mr. Sacca.

N. Sacca & Sons was competitively priced. They knew what they were doing. They were very knowledgeable about what they were doing. They are responsive and they are very professional. They also do clean up after themselves.

It went very well. He was excellent! I had a different estimate from another company that was too high and so I chose him because he was recommended by my contractor and his estimate was okay.
