Air Duct Cleaning
Work was completed quickly, and not thoroughly. We went with the low bidder - a mistake. In our rental unit, after new tenants moved in, black fine dirt began blowing out of the kitchen duct. My wife called Mister Duct to ask if they would visit to clean this duct again since it had not been done properly the first time. They said it has been to long (2 months), their policy is 2 weeks - then hung up on her. I called - same story, but I asked for their ''policy'' in writing, which they would not provide. Kevin at Mister Duct then hung up on me. I vacuumed the duct as well as I could myself, not wanting to pay the $180.00 they were asking to come out to do it, and clogged my vacuum with all the debris they left behind.
