I have a prepaid maintenance with them, so I just give them a little coupon. I usually have to wait a while. I have moved so they are not in a convenient location, but I have prepaid the maintenance, so if I didn't have that, I wouldn't use them.

It was fine. They were very helpful. I didn't have any problem with them. I was able to make the appointment and they took it. They gave me a ride back when I had to leave my car. I think it was fine. It was good. Their punctuality was okay.

I brought my vehicle to Mirak Service for an inspection sticker. Mirak failed my vehicle for 1 rusted exhaust manifold bolt, in the process of trying to remove the 1 bolt, they broke 2 other manifold bolts in the cylinder head, while trying to extract the broken bolts they broke drill bits and an extraction tool in the bolt hole in the cylinder head, while trying to remove the drill bits and extraction tool, they drilled thru the cylinder head into the coolant jacket causing an unrepairable leak. Requiring the replacement of the cylinder head which was not at all broken to begin with. They originally quoted me $550 - $600 for a 1 day job. The final bill they presented me with was $1709.95 and they had the vehicle for 8 days. I ended up having to pay for a new cylinder head and all the parts that go with it and all the labor for their incompetence in breaking the drill bits and extraction tool.

The staff is very friendly, courteous, and helpful. I dropped it off in the morning, and it was ready by the end of the day. They are very easy going and very nice. The waiting room has a free computer for use, television, coffee, and donuts. They also have a shuttle service for customers who have to go to work while their car is being repaired.

I bought my car in an unusual fashion -- I didn't bargain. I put out a request for quotes from a number of car dealers and went with the best quote. They had the car and exactly what I wanted. They had all kinds of financing, which reduced the cost. They had service plans that were excellent and very effective. It was an amazingly good experience. I highly recommend them.

We purchased a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck in January of this year
first cold day battery was dead which should not happen if they performed pre sale checks on vehicle
they replaced the battery
later that month also had to write a bad review before they answered back about services and a key fob that was not with vehicle
after many non returned calls they finally took care of it after i
had to promise to delete reviews
Now the warm weather is here and i find issues with the ac even though we asked before purchase that there were many issues with the ac on this year and model truck
the salesman told us that it would be checked out and any issues would be fixed
during delivery same salesman confirmed that the truck had all issues taken care of
well the exact issue i wanted them to check out is the issue i have now
when i went to check on warranty discovered that they did not provide one
now again they do not return calls and even have not responded to the BBB
leaving no choice but to file with my states attorney generals office
buyer beware

Mirak Automotive Group detailed the car quickly and they were able to take my car. I sold back my car, got a new car and it was all very quick and very efficient and clean. There was a special: trade in your car and get extra money back for it deal and a (inaudible 14:03:7) so we used both of those codes, so it was less money to buy the car.

Our neighbors paid for the bulk of the work. Mirak Automotive Group was awesome. They are good about keeping in touch with us. When we go to pick up our vehicle they come out and tell us everything that was done. If there are any problems at all they make sure that everything is right before we leave. They get the work done right the first time itself. To me they seem expensive, but I guess it is average across the industry. I don’t think I could’ve gotten that quality of work any cheaper. We’ll probably use them next week to service the same vehicle.

It went very well. I dropped off my car in the morning. The service advisor helped me figure out what service my car needed, as compared to the Saturn service list. He was polite and helpful. The car was done that afternoon. When I picked it up the service advisor went over the service done, and asked me if I had any questions. Then he brought the car around to me. The car had also been washed. Overall I'm quite happy with the service I received. The price and quality was comparable to the serviced I've received at better Saturn dealerships. I will do business with them again.

I'm not a mechanic and I guess the problems start there, because I had to trust the mechanic fully to tell me what he needed to do and how he would handle it. I was working with one of their staff who had done the simpler stuff very nicely/efficiently. When I brought in the big repair (the wheel was grinding and about to fall off!) they took the car and then sat on it for almost a month. The tie rod was eventually fixed, but a constant "ker-klunk" sound on any hard left turn they never did fix! They had secured a "free" loaner car from a rental company for me for part of that time, but later, the bill kept coming back to haunt me and I wound up having to pay most of it, despite many back-and-forths with the Mirak service manager. The worst of it all was that my mechanic simply stopped responding to my calls, after a while and only after I went to the shop to try to find out what was going on, I was told he'd been let go, but got no explanation for all the wackiness.
