Joseph always answers his telephone and this time when I called he slotted me in to his busy schedule quickly. He arrived on time and within minutes had repaired a broken fixture in my kitchen. When I casually mentioned problems I was having with our smoke detectors, he took it upon himself to climb up on a ladder and check each one. He gave me a strategy to determine which of the smoke detectors is malfunctioning and how to address the problem in future. I proceeded to ask about additional work (installing new recessed lighting in my open concept living room/dining room). Joseph took information off my existing fixtures with the promise to follow up soon with an estimate. I couldn't be more pleased.

My parents lost power during the Arthur hurricane when wind and a tree branch knocked over power lines and pulled their transformer off the house. National Grid repaired the downed lines on the street but told my parents that they had to have an electrician come to the home to restore power. Joseph was the ONLY electrician who responded to my urgent calls. It was a holiday weekend (July 4th) and he was out on the Cape. He apologized for not being able to come help sooner and arrived at seven o'clock in the morning the very next day, a Sunday no less. He quickly assessed the problem, and by midday had restored the power. I am truly grateful.

Joe was great, he showed up on time, answered all our questions and concerns. His work was neat and done the right way. These outlets were for medical equipment and we knew we needed someone who knew what he was doing and wouldn't cut corners. Joe had done smaller jobs for us in the past and we knew he was the one to call.

It went well. Joe was very professional and helpful, and went the extra mile to ensure our issue was fixed. While service was great, I was surprised by the invoice total, but since I was happy with the work, I did not argue the cost. Cost might, however, might influence using him again, of course. Because this was a quick turnaround issue (no hot water due to electrical problem identified by boiler company), he came quickly through the boiler company.

Showed up right on time, got the job done very neatly, and cleaned up the job site afterwards. Installation is very professional.

Excellent. Very fast, very efficient, pleasant but not overbearing to have around, on time, returns phone calls quickly, shows up at specified time without reminders... No request is annoying and he is detail oriented (i.e. things are put up straight and without smudges/mess). He also brings a second person with him who both visits was excellent. They were a very strong team. In addition to the above, Joe was the ONLY electrician out of three tried who could find the problem with and fix the garage door. He also noticed that the TV was not angled properly and fixed that on his own initiative.
