J. Niakaros Design Build staff were very accommodating with last minute changes and my overall inability to make quick decisions on design issues. Staff was exceptionally professional, thorough, clean and the job was completed within budget and time frame. I am ecstatic with the end result! Cannot wait to work with them again! Very, very happy!

He came in on budget. I don't know much about building, but I had a friend come in who knows about it, and he pointed out a lot of things that John did that he didn't ask him to do at no cost extra. He did blue board instead of cement board, he put in a drain for our washer and dryer on the second floor and neither my wife nor I thought about putting that in, and other little things like that he picked up on. We really like him a lot, and is a really great guy. He became kind of a friend, and we are very pleased. He is a very honest guy. Our neighbors are also pleased. We recommended him to our persnickety neighbor who needed new windows, and even she was pleased with his work. The major work was done in under 8 months, he was pretty fast.
