The owner of J Construction -- Junior Lair Calais -- is delightful, smart and extremely reliable. Plus, he has a great sense of humor and is a pleasure to work with. I am a first-time home-owner and recently moved into a condo in a 1916 triple-decker. It was pretty neglected and needed all kinds of work from general carpentry and weather-proofing to replacing windows and garage clean out.
It was terrific to be able to hire someone who could take on all manner of jobs, big and small. Junior provided excellent advice and information all the way along, and the work his team did was great. I recommend J Construction whole-heartedly and will readily hire them for future projects.
