HERB'S LOCKSMITH SVC

They came as my wife was leaving for work . She asked them if they wouldn't mind just doing the outside doors first . As all the door handles needed fixing she said my husband is 15 mins away please wait before going in our house . They entered or house moments later (we have cameras) they them open every door in our 3 bedroom apt . They checked doors that never needed to be open. I walked in the house to find them working on the last of 4 doors . Asked them why they didn't wait for me and the two men said my wife never told them to not go in . I then called my wife on speaker phone she again stated and described then man she said it to and he basically called her a liar then they both walked out never finishing the 4th door. They left wood shavings everywhere and we're completely rude and Unapologetic. 2 cats were displaced in all this we found them in rooms which they shouldn't have been . All of this could of been avoided by calling ahead instead of randomly showing up . Then illegally entering our apartment. There's work orders and a police report to prove my statements. Zero apologies from herb locksmith

Came out within the hour and fixed the problem. A++ Service!

I've used Herb's Locksmith for many years for our 2-family house, and they're always reliable, on time, decently priced and responsive to any problems we've had (only once that I can recall).

NOTE:  This business moved to its current Broadway, East Arlington, address more than year ago.

They were friendly and did the job quickly. It was a solid job overall.

They are professional, have good prices, and do great work.

My house was broken into via a basement window.  While the police were there I asked them if they had any recommendations for a locksmith and they recommended Herb's (which has recently moved to Broadway in Arlington, a short distance from their previous location.  The next morning I called and someone came out quickly and re-keyed my door locks for the front door, basement door, and patio door.  Admittedly this was quite a while ago but I would certainly use them again and they're within walking distance of my house. 

I also had the basement windows replaced with plexiglas but I don't remember what company I used, sorry!
