I CALLED MID WEEK, AND MR. FRIZZELL SAID HE WOULD CALL SATURDAY MORNING TO SCHEDULE A FREE ESTIMATE FOR THAT DAY. NOT HAVING HEARD FROM HIM BY 9:45, I CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE TO SEE IF HE WAS STILL COMING. I DID NOT HEAR BACK, AND CALLED ONCE MORE THE FOLLOWING WEEK BEFORE WRITING OFF THIS FIRM.
