Absolutely great! The project is extensive and went on throughout 2010, so a detailed story would be too lengthy. I had a very high level of interaction with Jack and Francis throughout the project, and suffice it to say I had absolute confidence in their decisions and work, and on many occasions they demonstrated they were looking out for my best interest. Their craftsmanship has left many of my friends in awe, as the work they did in the basement resembled art more than plumbing! Everything they did was done with my needs in mind. They immediately addressed the inevitable issues that came up (i.e. failed shower valve) and are an absolute pleasure to have around. Recommended without reservations. They know what they are doing. They are high quality plumbers. This is plumbing on an older house. They are changing it over to a more modern system little by little.
