CRAIGS LANDSCAPE

The condo manager pays the landscapers, but some of that money comes from my rent.  
     It went well, MUCH BETTER than in all previous poor attempts to clean the wells.  Previously, workers had tried to use blowers to get the leaves over the walls, which did NOT work well.  In about 6 previous "cleanings" of the wells that I witnessed part of, the result was always worse than before they started, with more dirt and leaves from the lot blown in than were blown out.
       This time, blowers were Not used in the wells, and All the leaves and trash and most of the dirt were swept up.  My only remaining complaint is as follows-- I had left a garden shovel on top of some free adpapers that were on the floor under a chair I leave in the well.  On top of the chair, I have some ad papers that I'm still looking at and occasionally a magazine.  The worker picked up the ad papers under the garden shovel and deposited the bottom papers along with quite a bit of dirt ON TOP of the CLEAN PAPERS I had on the chair.   Even so, this was less dirt than they had previously blown on top of the papers on the chair in the many work sessions they had done before over about 3 years.
         I was happy that they had finally responded in the affirmative to several requests I made, starting years ago, that they sweep the wells rather than try to blow the leaves out.

They did the work on the day we agreed on.  The grass popped up very quickly.  The lawn looked beautiful.  There were a few bare spots and we called them.  They returned the next day and put down some seed in the bare spots.  I highly recommend and will use them again.
