Mike has done maintenance on my washing machine several times. He is always prompt, courteous, and reliable, and was able to fix the problem quickly.

Mike called back promptly, he was very courteous and dilligent. He came for the diagnosis, gave me the price, order the part and called to set up the date of the repair. He worked fast and cleanly.

The dryer repair went smoothly. I identified the part and dryer model beforehand so he had the part when he came on site. Repair took little time so did not cost very much - other repairs could cost more. Several years ago he repaired a leak in our 20+ year old Maytag washer and told us that things are not made that way anymore and we should keep this one if possible. The repair wasn't expensive (he wasn't trying to milk us for more repairs just saying the old Maytags could last forever.) That was more than 5 years ago and the washing machine is still going strong.
