They damaged our stairway bringing the large pieces of plywood upstairs, and when we asked that they stop forcing the plywood up our too-small staircase, Chris got upset. We asked that he come see the damage, and the work on the door jam that we were unimpressed with. He was extremely rude. He demanded his money so that he could leave and not come back. It was our first experience with contractors since buying a home, and I can't imagine it could have been worse. Not worth the disrespect and damage at all!

Project turned out to be very successful; we were lucky to have had no major surprises except for a few failing floor joists (in a building that's over 120 years old).

He was prompt and he did a good clean up job.  He fixed the roof on time.

I was home for the painting of the rooms, but decided to go on vacation for the bathroom and kitchen floor work. I had the utmost confidence that the work would be completed on time, and that my home would be in Chris's capable hands. He stayed in touch by phone, sent pictures via the internet of the work in process, and I returned home to a job well done and most importantly completed on time! I am a Realtor who has known Chris for 6 years and have listened to my buyers and sellers rave about the various home projects that he has worked on. He has never let any of my clients down and has always completed the work on time. I have also seen him adjust the final bill for my clients when his estimate ran high

The work went smoothly and Chris timed everything perfectly so there was always someone working on the addition. He finished in less time than he said. The room is really beautiful.
