I've been using them for two years. I do feel that the price is somewhat high, but they are dependable and do good work. Furthermore, they always arrive on time and act professionally when dealing with me.

I called and left a message at the number listed here. Joe the owner answered. He insisted that because we did not cancel the service he was entitled to charge us. When I detailed the lack of any work done on the premises he said that I would have to talk to the supervisor who was on duty, yet he did not tell me how to do this, how tor reach him. When I said he should give us credit for the lack of work done, he said he would stand by his invoice (which was already paid). He also told me that his prices were very low in comparison to others. I let him know I was an unhappy customer and he asked me to do him a favor and find another landscaper. It was an upsetting conversation. If he had credited half of the money to the lawn cutting I would have been happy. He has lost a customer and a reference.
