I called him and he came two days later. He always comes pretty quick. He always does a good job! a few months ago he fixed a leak within my boiler and replaced the cut off valves and everything with it. He is always on time and I highly recommend him to others.

Brennan was very good about responding to any questions I had, and walked me through what he had done, even though I didn't understand half of what he said, not being a plumber myself!  He and his helper were here for at least three hours, working in both the kitchen and the basement.  They were both very professional and left the place cleaner than when they arrived.  I would recommend them 100%.  Even though he spent much more time than anticipated, he honored the estimate he had given me when I first contacted him.

Excellent experience!  We called Friday morning with a broken water heater.  He came early to look at the situation and discuss plans for replacing.  Came back the same afternoon and replaced the water heater with an apprentice.  Affable, knowledgeable, professional, patient and articulate.  Explained everything, answered questions both about the water system and about some related problems in the house we asked about.  Offered informational brochures.  We will call Brennan again in the future for plumbing needs. New to town, I was concerned that I would never find a plumber that I could trust to be ?my guy?. Well, I'm glad to say I have. Brennan plumbing has helped me out numerous times from quick drain clogs to emergency boiler leaks. Fast, competent, & fairly priced. Could trust them more than I do.

He came to give an estimate.
We asked for double walled vent pipe and he was able to proved that.
After we had decided a time, we had to change to a different day.
He was very accommodating.
The vent piping was basically corroded through and the basement has been much better since the work was done.
We would definitely use him in the future.

I have used them repeatedly and I have complete faith in their work. They are quick. They are friendly. They are competent. I would call them the instant I have trouble and I would recommend them to anybody. I think they were top flight.

I use these guys regularly and am very satisfied with their work. They have done major repairs and small things and they are very good and reliable.

We have dealt with Kevin of Bennan Plumbing multiple times within the last year from installing a new hot water heater, to work on our kitchen. Each time we have been very pleased with the service.
He typically makes phone calls and schedules things in the evening. So call his office during the day and he will get back to you that night. We have never had any issue with scheduling. He has always come in at or below estimated cost. His work is very clean and professional and you can tell he takes pride in his work.
Recently with work done on our kitchen we were obviously concerned going into a project of challenges of scheduling a plumber to reconnect the sink. We had no such issue with him and quickly had things reconnected.
He is fair and honest and have had on more than one occasion he has given feedback that there was a simpler way to do things that would save us money and is also always giving advice on maintenance and home care for plumbing. I respect this from him and would recomend him to any of my friends or family.

The Brennans provided complete and quot;turn keyand quot; conversion from oil to gas for our two family home. After working with me to explore different options and pricepoints, we settled on the equipment. They then mapped out and scheduled the work, handling all permitting, inspections, required subcontractors and coordination with NStar.
Minimizing impact to our tenants through the conversion process was of the utmost importance and the Brennans were able to do that, patching in a temporary electric hot water heater for them while the conversion was in progess. Two small issues with the new equipment came up (both due to the equipment manufacturers) and the Brennans resolved the problems quickly with absolute minimal interruption.
I had thought that true, professional quality work was a thing of the past but the Brennans proved me wrong. They really take pride in their work, and it shows. They also have to be the hardest working plumbers around - handling new equipment delivery and old equipment breakdown and removal themselves, all while getting the new systems up and running properly.
Given how and quot;in demandand quot; these folks are, responsiveness can be a bit slow before they start a project. However, once they started the job and in fielding the small problems which came up after installation was complete, there was no delay whatsoever. Callbacks were prompt and resolutions were timely.
My only regret is in not finding these folks sooner. They will definitely be the first plumbers to call for any work I need in the future.

Stephen was very responsive when I called to set up a date for the work. He called me back the next day, to say that he was in the area and could come earlier if convenient for me. He arrived on time performed all the work efficiently and professionally. He explained the work including safety checks and how to maintain the boiler. He welcomed my questions about heating my home, and answered thoroughly and thoughtfully.
I was impressed with his work and would use him again and recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

The Brennan brothers replaced two very old steam boilers. It's a dirty and laborious job and they did this work during an oppressive heat wave. They were very professional and cleaned up after each day. They took care of all the details down to arranging of the removal of the old boilers and installing a liner in my chimney. I would not hesitate to use them again.

was in cellar looking for a tool, noticed water on floor by hot water tank, saw pool of water on top of tank with no water leaking from above pipes. Water appeared to come from around cold water pipe on top of tank. As tank was 9.5 years old and had a 8 year warranty I knew it was on its way out. Called Brennan plumbing and Kevin showed up in about a half hour. He agreed that it was time for a new one. Kevin replaced the existing heater with a 40Gal 10 year heater in about 2.5 hours and removed the old heater. I was very pleased with the service.

Brennan came out to install a new water line for a fridge icemaker and inspect our steam boiler. The water line installation was done efficiently, neatly, and at a very reasonable price. While working on the water line, Kevin noticed some corrosion points on some water and gas piping that had been hung incorrectly many years ago. We are very grateful that he noticed and pointed out this safety issue and was able to replace the pipes with the usual efficiency and reasonable cost. For the boiler inspection, we received a thorough primer of how to safely maintain the system during the heating season, as well as a careful check of all the safety systems. As always, the service was prompt, reliable and very friendly. We are always very happy with the work they do for us.

We woke up to find a leak in our basement ceiling coming from the kitchen above. After consulting Angie's List we called Brennan plumbing and they were very prompt and came to the house to take a look at the leak. After arriving, they called to tell me that the problem lay in the garbage disposal which they said needed replacing. I gave the go ahead and they did this, leaving us a bill for $500, $300 of which was for parts, specifically for a garbage disposal unit available on Amazon for $170. The very next day the leak was just as active as ever and continuing to drain into the basement. My brother-in-law was able to fix the leak in a PVC pipe joint next to the garbage disposal. I called Brennan plumbing to discuss the fact that they did not fix the leak, plus my concern that I purchased a new garbage disposal for no reason. I received a call back several days later from one of the two brothers saying that his brother who performed the work was sick and would call me back as soon as he recuperated. Weeks later, I had not received a phone call but did receive another copy of the bill. I again called and a couple days later the brother who had done the work called me back. The entire interaction was shockingly unprofessional. This started with the brother expressing disbelief that there had been another leak after they tested their work by filling the sink. This was followed by him complaining that the bill is and quot;wicked lateand quot;. When I explained the bill was late because the repair job wasn't done and we had waited weeks for a response, he blew this off by saying work was too busy to return my call. He ended the conversation with a and quot;are we done here?and quot;
