He was very responsible. He listened really well and worked with the designer so that we were together able to arrive at a plan that worked. He was very good about letting me know right away when unexpected things happened and would talk about the options. He did really great craftsmanship and the addition looks like it should've always been on the house in terms of the finish and wood work. He used great materials like spray on insulation and he worked with his engineer and was able to eliminate a wall that was kind of in the way. They also eliminated beams in areas that I haven't thought of. Everyday he cleaned up really well, but there was a day that he told me ahead of time that he was leaving dust because it was basically at a stage where the next thing was plaster dropping on the floor. He told me that if you leave dust on the wood floor the plaster sticks to the dust and not the wood and that was a good reason to do it.
