Our picture window was inadvertently broken by our neighbor's landscaper. He called Arlington Glass and they came out immediately to assess the damage. Since the window was double-paned, they needed to do a customer order. The new window came in within 5 days and they accommodated our schedule in replacing it. In addition to replacing the window, they also cleared away the glass from the old window as well as the window itself. There was one piece of framing that broke during the install and they offered to return to fix it as well as touching up the paint. We found Frank and his son to be extremely professional, friendly and helpful and would definitely work with them again.

FRANK AND HIS SON MATT OF ARLINGTON GLASS NOT ONLY DID A TERRIFIC JOB CUTTING A FULL LENGTH WALL MIRROR FOR OUR NEW BATHROOM, BUT THEY ALSO SPACED AND INSTALLED A STUBBORN FACEPLATE AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. THIS INCLUDED GRINDING THE FINAL SCREW SO THAT IT WOULD ANCHOR THE PLATE WITHOUT CRACKING THE MIRROR. WE'RE REALLY PLEASED WITH THE FINAL RESULT AND ESPECIALLY THE EXCELLENT SERVICE.
