Extremely pleased with how quickly I was able to make appointment and how clean and shiny my car was when I picked it up. Great job! My husband's car will be going in next.

I think the price I paid is reasonable, I use either Groupon or I Angie's List offer. When I called and make the appointment, they took me right away and when I get back the car it was so clean. They really did an awesome job. They did an upholstery cleaning and they cleaned the rug and we got it looking new.

Could not be happier. Excellent work both inside and outside. They shampooed carpet and upholstery, and wiped all interior surfaces. Hosed down the engine. Left both cars spotless (except that they forgot to clean the glove box of the SUV). They washed, waxed and buffed the outside. Removed some scratches that previous detailers couldn't remove. Very shiny exterior, hopefully the wax will last a year as promised. Easy to make appt (he answered the phone, not having to leave messages), just needed to call one week ahead of time to make appointment. Dropped off the vehicles at convenient location right off Route 2 in Belmont. Work was done on time, as promised.

I got an immediate response to my request for a date and time, dropped the car off, and returned to pick it up three hours later. Because of the rain, it wasn't quite ready. The extra hour I was happy to give got the cleaning done to perfection.

They did a great job -- would certainly use them again.

Did a great job. Even cleaned the kids car seats. Took four hours and helped me find the bus stop and gave clear instructions for pick up of the vehicle.

We had a very good experience with Fred at Arlington Auto Detailing. I organized this as a gift for my fiance as his cars could do with being cleaned, and mine went a long for the ride. Fred was very helpful with scheduling cleaning all three of our cars in a way that made the whole process very easy to organize and coordinate. He also did a great job with all three of the cars. They were all far from clean when he got them, but after he was done they sparkled inside and out. I agree with previous comments that he used products that smell good without being overpowering. He took great care to do the job properly, and as far as I could tell cleaned every single part of each car that it was possible to clean. I do wax my car from time to time anyway but it never looks as good as it did when Fred had finished with it! I though the price was very reasonable for the service that we received. We'll be going back the next time our cars are dirty enough to mean they need some TLC....

I did a combination. One did the auto detailing and the guy in the store next to him re-dyed the seat covers. It was unbelievable; it was like getting a new car.

I used a coupon from Angie's list, and did not know what to expect. Fred did an amazing job, even though the cost would have been more without the coupon. I arrived early for my appointment, but he still made a point to take care of me as soon as possible. He was as courteous and helpful as could be. He spent several hours on the car. I was delighted when I came to pick it up. Spotless inside and out,with a special effort to make everything shine. It was sprinkling a bit when I picked it up, and he kept buffing it right up to the point when I pulled out of the shop. It's clear he really cares about each job. My husband was thrilled. Even my teenager was excited about how great it looked! I'd definitely return.

It went great. They took me downtown and gave me breakfast while they did the car.

We took advantage of an Angies List special for detailing services. We were charged extra for an SUV, which it did say they could do so on the coupon. I was very happy with the quality of the service and felt that I got a good value, even though it ran more than I originally anticipated. I would not hesitate to use Arlington Auto Detailing again.

Just as others have said here before, it was great! I will definitely be a repeat customer! I got an Angie's List coupon of $200 worth of indside and out detailing for $125. I made an appointment about a week in advance and when I came in Fred was very nice about re-arranging his schedule so that I didn't have to wait much more than a couple of hours (since I hadn't arranged to be picked up.) I walked into Belmont Center which is less than a mile away. Being an older model car that has had a lot of abuse both inside and out, I wasn't expecting perfection, but Fred came as close as was humanly possible. The car has never looked so good since it was brand new. He did a great job on removing old pine sap (I know how hard this is because I've tried to do it myself!) and in the trunk there was some spilled clumping kitty litter that had gotten wet and hardened and he got rid of all of it! My car and I are very happy customers!

I called Fred to find out when he might have an appointment available - he answered quickly and we arranged to have my Prius worked on at 8am the following Saturday. I dropped the car off with Fred a little before 8 and left my cell phone number so he could call me when the car was ready. He finished at about 11am and gave me a call a half-hour before finishing since he knew I had planned to walk to Belmont Center while I waited. I picked up the car and it looked great! The seats and carpets were clean and even the Prius dash (which tends to pick up scuff marks rather easily) looked brand new. Fred had done a great job with the outside as well, bringing the paint job a shine that seems deeper and smoother than what I manage on my own. Overall, a very positive experience.

Unfortunately I still see shopping cart dents, but this is nothing that can be fixed by waxing the car. I can only highlly recommend his services. (I did not want the carpets or upholstery shampooed and he very nicely adjusted the service AND price!

They were immediately responsive to my call; able to perform the service within a day or two. The car was cleaned immaculately inside and out and despite its age it looked great.

They did a great job. It all went smoothly and they were easy to deal with. He had the car ready when he said he would. Everything was good and I felt I got a good value for my money.

My daughter was getting married on a Sun. I had never had my car professionally detailed - but I had a responsibility to get her to the ceremony in her beautiful white dress! Of all the bills I'm paying for the wedding...this cost was very reasonable and contributed greatly to the success of the day!

Fred was able to schedule me on the same day that I called - detailing work was completed on time as promised. I believe my car looks better now than the day I drove it away from the dealer when it was new. Gotta say, Fred is a really nice guy too.

He did a fantastic job. Last year an ice floe fell from the roof of my apartment onto the car which caused all kinds of damage which has since been fixed. Remainders of the broken glass were still being found. He got all of those, even managed to find an earring of mine I'd thought was lost. Apparently it was caught between the seats. My dashboards is dust-free and shines. And the car is not full of overwhelming perfumes, either. It smells clean but not froofy. Fred takes pride in his work as well as a personal interest in it. I would absolutely recommend him without hesitation and plan on using his services again in the future.

Fred did a great job! My car looked like a shiny new car inside and out. I also appreciated that fact that the car didn't reek of products (this happened when I had my husband's car detailed at another place - needed to leave the windows open for a number of days as the smell was overpowering). There were a few spots on the outside that needed a little extra attention and Fred did just that. I will definitely go back for another detailing.

The owner Fred was very pleasant to talk with. I had left a message and we played phone tag but he was very good about returning my calls and gave a basic time frame when he could call back. I appreciated that he had a service option, where other places only offered a full package. Due to my work hours I never met him but arranged to leave the car and have him lock the key inside. When The job was finished he called me to say I could get it anytime. He thanked me for my business and hoped I would like the job he did, and I do. I'm only sorry I did not get to meet him.
