I had sent photos of the situation before Anthony came so when he showed up, he knew exactly what I needed, he went to work, and had the job done promptly. Perfect transaction.

We hired Anthony Mignanelli Plumbing and Heating to help us complete an Oil to Gas conversion at our home in Medford, just before the start of the 2013-2014 winter season.
Anthony (and team) did a fantastic job with the installation, helped up navigate the Gas Company order process, and helped us secure rebates and incentives offered by National Grid (and others).
The price was great, the service very friendly (always answers the phone), fantastic work (lots of attention to detail, and the system has been working fine all season.
I would strongly recommend Tony!

It wad great. I called him in the morning. He said that he could come by in the afternoon. He called later and said that he would be a bit later and gave me a time. He showed up on time and cleaned out the stuck drain. He was very friendly, answered my questions, and patted my dog. What more can one ask for?

Tony replaced our hot water heater sometime early in 2013 or late 2012. We had a leak and he arranged his time to take care of us promptly and effectively. We previously had him do some work on other plumbing issues. (He installed a replacement heater for our hot tub, which required moving the installation to another room to satisfy new code issues.) We are considering switching from oil to gas heat with Tony.

Anthony was one of the better contractors I've used from Angies List. He was on time, stuck to his quote (even though there was a little more work than originally estimated) and was very fair. He's a great guy with integrity and honesty, I would strongly recommend him for future reps.

This was a standard replacement of an old gas water heater, and Tony did just what he said he would. He is friendly and professional, and I will definitely hire him again.

Tony helped think through the options and was helpful and flexible, paying attention to my concerns and preferences. There was a delivery problem from the supplier that caused a delay (not his fault) and he took it in stride, even though it clearly set him back and cost him money. He and his helper installed the new unit quickly, and added many improvements in piping and venting over the previous installation. They cleaned up well. Tony clearly knows his stuff and is one of the most reasonable and easy going contractors I have worked with. I have to say, it was a straight A job. (I heard of Tony from a neighbor a few years ago, and this is the third, and largest job he has done in my house...I have always been pleasantly surprised when working with him.)
