Wonderful! Brian was so very accommodating, even though it was a couple days before Christmas and he was extremely busy! He made time to squeeze me in and did a very thorough job, advising me and showing me along the way. Brian is a straight shooter, very fair and honest about pricing, and he couldn't be more courteous and polite! What a pleasure!

The clog proved to be a very difficult, but Brian persevered and was able to get the drain unclogged. He was very professional and terrific to deal with. I highly recommend ABC Plumbing Drain and Sewer Cleaning.

We received an appointment right away. The plumber knew immediately what the problem was. He had a needed part in his truck, which he used (instead of needing to drive to a plumbing supply store and charge us for that time). It was fixed within an hour, no muss, no fuss. We would definitely hire ABC Plumbing again.

ABC was very responsive and gave me tips for how to fix broken rod myself.

Brian is the best. He is helpful, courteous, informed, and professional. He's a great communicator--- whether it has to do with what what the job entails, its cost, the kind of fixtures to buy, or if he has to change the scheduled work time. I have used Brian in the past.  He responds to calls even when on vacation.  If a customer is in deep doodoo, he adjusts his schedule to handle an immediate crisis.  
Brian is full of helpful advice, and is aware that people like to save money.  He will tell you what is only a quick cheap fix, and what will provide long-term quality and value.  Then he will accept the solution that you choose.  He will advise on the best brands for value and durability.  He will suggest fixes that you can try to avoid a service call altogether.
Brian's work is performed quickly and well.  He cleans up after himself.  He is professional and friendly in his manner.  His manner inspires confidence, and his work fulfill that promise.
Brian recommended a contractor to replace a floor.  That contractor has completed a job for us in the same competentand professional manner.

Brian was excellent. I had a seriously stopped up drain and he kindly fit me in on the morning I called. He was efficient, informative, and personable. I'd definitely use his services again on a bigger problem/project. Recommended.

I have used ABC since 2001 for drain cleaning (twice, two different lines),  kitchen faucet replacement, toilet reseat and reseal, and water heater replacement (2006 and 2014).  I like him because he likes to educate the homeowner, and because he's practical about scheduling.  If your job can't wait for him, he will refer to another plumber -- that is how a one-man shop handles overload.
One of these days I will get him over here to install a new laundry sink in my basement, once I make room for it, and to install another outdoor spigot.
He is conscientious about following code.  I like the look of the solid piping he put together for the gas water heater back in 2006, replacing the flimsy flex tubing that I had used to install the previous water heater.
His operation has the pluses and minuses of a one-man shop.   You get to talk the the plumber himself, not to an office person.  For me that is a plus, but it's possible that some other customers might need to talk to an office person who can translate between plumber talk and civilian talk.  Perhaps I get along well with him because I have years of experience working in a situation where time is money, and I am not expecting to get something for nothing.  If you can prepare the work area for him (clear the space to give good access, provide good lighting, et cetera) you will save him time and maybe save yourself money.

Emgergency Thanksgiving kitchen sink drain clog!  ABC *answered the phone*, explained their holiday pricing and policies (you pay even if you cancel, reasonable under the holiday circumstances) and when they would be here.  They called back when the provider was on the way. The guy who did the work was cheerful, polite, helpful, efficient, professional, etc.  And the price was high by their standards but honestly to solve a Thanksgiving day emergency I thought it was pretty reasonable.  (The $235 I paid was the bottom end for Thanksgiving because it turned out to fairly straight forward, but the more usual figure is their top $295).

He called in the morning to see if he could come earlier than planned.  That worked well for me.  He obtained a special model to fit in my small bathroom in a century old house.  It took only about an hour and he completely cleaned when finished.  I'm very pleased with the brand and model of toilet installed.  I had previously used him to unclog the sewer drain in the basement and was very pleased with that work.

After being let down by home depot, Brian was able to install my new dishwasher and coordinate an electrician to update my system to code. He did haveto reschedule do to an emergency job, but took 10% off for the hastle and was quick and professional during install, and most importantly very straight forward and trustworthy throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend.

Brian at ABC Plumbing has been my main plumber for the past 7+ years. Brian was responsive and reliable and went out his way to be helpful to me.  He always explained my options, and gave me his best advice on how to save the most money in the long run, but he did not pressure me in any way.  Another thing I appreciated about Brian is that he was careful not to damage floor or counter surfaces as he did his work.  Brian is very knowledgeable and  pleasant to deal with. I recently moved to NH and will miss his services very much.  (I have already had a plumber here who has had to come back 3 times to fix the same problem!)  Miss you Brian!

I think they have standard pricing and it think it was a visit charge and probably a charge for each of the jobs.

Everytime I've worked with Brian, the results have been excellent - he always shows up on time, and sometimes early. He gives full disclosure as to what the work entails, and then, assuming you find the price acceptable, does the job right then and there. His estimates have always been accurate, and he's always pleasant to work with.

They are excellent. They respond immediately and the quality of work is extremely good. The work is worth the amount I paid. They are doing multiple works at multiple buildings for about six or eight months now. He responds to emergencies and he does it really well. He has done a really good job.

I thought I needed to replace the old (1940s) shower faucet, but Brian showed me that that would involve damaging a lot of the tiles and it was hard to know the condition of the pipes inside. The replacement work would be expensive, and then it would cost a similar amount to have someone else come and fix the tiles. Instead he disassembled the faucet and found it was in good shape and just needed to be greased. That should take care of it for a good number of years.

The man who owns and runs it is great and he is very responsive. He is also very fair and explains all the different options. He doesn t try to drive up costs. He has suggested that we do certain things that save us money. He s been great.
