I am completely satisfied with his expert and prompt service. He worked 2 days straight on tuning, fixing broken keys, raising the keyboard, and cleaning the inside. He restored our Baldwin baby Grand to like new condition, which is obvious in the concert quality sound it now makes when played. He treated this piano as his own: respectfully and passionately. He is a professional musician and really cares about the quality of his work and fellow musicians.

I found Mr. Zeltser on Craig's List Maine. He was able to be at my home the next day and spent almost 2.5 hours of steady work tuning, retuning and tuning again until it was perfect. He even played my piano beautifully for my husband and I when he was finished. You can just tell how passionate he is about his work and his work ethic is beyond comparison. Thanks again for coming so quickly and for all of your hard work.
