I took a day off from work but did not show up on the promised day They removed one fallen tree and and left the stump. Adam asked my wife to to pay in full in cash and yelled at her over the phone when she reminded him about burial or grinding of the stump included in his quote. I called him but he has not responded. I regret introducing them to my friends. Now I have to hire another contractor to remove the stump.

They removed one fallen tree branch. And left a big log there because their truck is full. He asked me to pay full before the service was completed and said they will remove it later. I paid them in full. And they never come back. I contacted Mark, then he yelled at me and hang up the phone!!! Then I messaged him and he promised me several times he will do it but never happen. They did not clean up the area and I have to clean up a lot of small branches by myself, but I can not move the log because it is big and heavy. What a bad experience, I regret introducing them a business to my friend. I would find somebody else for business next time.
