Robert was very good at initial contact and setting up the appointment. Conducting the appraisal was very professional. However, Robert's appraisal was a waste of money due to the content of the appraisal. You'd be better served using Zillow than this company because there was no value added. Robert used comparisons outside of our neighborhood and as a result, we didn't get a good sense for the actual value of the home. Buyer beware.
