He's really good. The only problem with him is that he is extremely busy. He was honest, efficient. I can't say enough good about him. They made a mistake and scratched the fire place, he was willing to replace the whole thing. I told him not needed so he deducted my bill. 

I liked the fact that he was so honest. When he scratched the fire place, he did not have to tell me that happened. I said that I wasn't happy it happened but reassured him they didn't need to replace it.

Our old Hot water heater/tank was beginning to leak. We called Keith, left a message, and received a call back that evening. Upon hearing the problem (not emergency) he asked if he could come over that night and take a look at the problem. He came over at 8:00 p.m. that night, confirmed that the old unit was dying, and explained the options. Keith returned the next afternoon with an assistant, removed the old unit & replaced it with a larger heater. They cleaned up after them selves and were gone as if they had never been there, The entire job completed within 24 hours of his return call. Keith is a very nice, knowledgeable, professional guy. I believe that we have now found the guy that we will call whenever we have any plumbing concerns.

Keith was very responsive via telephone, we had used him previously for a similar job at another property we have. He was very helpful in offering some suggestions for alternatives to replacing with another electric unit via our local gas utility but in the end we just ended up replacing the water heater. He was prompt in scheduling and arrival, did all of the work as offered and also cleaned up the job site. My wife hardly even noticed he was in the house at all. We would use Keith again without a doubt.
