Mortgage Companies
Absolutely outstanding service. Our Mortgage Representative, Chris Martorana, knows the business inside and out. He explained the process in detail (especially since this was first home and of course our first mortage) and walked us through each and every step. He outlined all the closing costs, interest rate, what to expect at closing, etc. No detail was too small to be left out! Once we had a house and an offer was accepted, we meet in person to complete the paperwork. His service was outstanding and then some. We had a few questions after the fact, and he responded to those as well. He responded to our emails and phone call promptly. I can't say how glad my wife and I are that we went to him and his company! I can't imagine ever using another mortgage company.
2012 Update:
No different than before. Outstanding service, expertise and guidance. When it comes to Mortgages, I think most people need guidance through the oceans of options, legalities, forms, etc., etc. They know it all, provide exceptional service and guidance and are with you from start to finish. The best part here is that they cut our Mortgage payment by almost $300.00, including that they got rid of that nasty PMI.
