He was paid in full but never completed the work. The partial work he did was such bad quality, some items in the contract was never performed and his employees broke the irrigation system too. He is rude and the incomplete project took 4 months instead of 2 weeks. promised. We want to warn consumers out there not to fall in to this trap by employing Jim. He is very bad news
