Description of Work: He put in a used system first, and let us use it without pay until we decided we liked it. They always cleaned up after themselves. We then had a new system installed.

The job finally got done. That's the only good news. Disappointingly, the contractor flat-out blew off almost every scheduled appointment. He wouldn't show up at a designated time. I would call and leave a voice mail wondering where he was. He would call back hours later or the next day with an excuse and I'd have to schedule for the next day or so on. Then he'd be late for the make-up appointment. Along the way, for testing appointments and other appointments in the process, he literally blew off multiple appointments, no-showing with no phone call and no follow up until I left messages and tracked him down. LOUSY experience, especially when you're standing there watching him hand-write an appointment into his appointment book, and then he doesn't show up for THAT!

Joe and his team were great. He explained everything and was really easy to work with. They showed up on time and did a great job.
Description of Work: Radon reduction work was performed by CEGI (Camilo Environmental Group, Inc.) recently on my property in Malden, MA. The actual work consisted of a sub-slab suction system that prevented radon gas from entering my property.
