BLACK HAWK HOME INSPECTION

All went as planned and on schedule. The inspector was punctual, welcomed the real estate agent and myself to accompany him while he performed the inspection, and was truly gracious and forthcoming with answers to my plethora of questions (some of which, no doubt, seemed inane, coming from a newbie to New England climate, private wells and septic systems, etc.). I received his formal written report within a couple of days, which was equally comprehensive and a reference tool I continue to rely on to this day. *Note: I'm not absolutely sure of the price; I believe it was $400, but I do recall feeling that the inspection was a great value for the price.

VERY THOROUGH. HE CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FROM SEVERAL FRIENDS. HE ARRIVED BEFORE THE SCHEDULED TIME AND HAD ALREADY APPRAISED THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE. IT WAS A DUTCH COLONIAL WITH 3 BEDROOMS. HE WAS THERE FOR OVER 5 HOURS. WE RECEIVED HIS REPORT PROMPTLY 3 DAYS LATER IN THE MAIL.
