.They were horrible. For what would take a regular bank a month to put the mortgage through it took them over 3 months. I have tried to call them several times about my dissatisfaction and they will not return my calls. They are unprofessional, rude and uncaring. Like they really could care less about your troubles and they don't seem to care about fixing a problem they have caused. Never ever use them.
