They are the evil empire
Description of Work: They just can't get it right. I make my payment and for the past four months they do not post it on our account until I call. They have had to manually post it and reverse the late fees. They are to big and once your account is messed up, they can't seem to fix it because one person or department cannot remove the code. I can't wait to refinance and get away from them. I would not recommend them AT ALL,,,

.They were horrible. For what would take a regular bank a month to put the mortgage through it took them over 3 months. I have tried to call them several times about my dissatisfaction and they will not return my calls. They are unprofessional, rude and uncaring. Like they really could care less about your troubles and they don't seem to care about fixing a problem they have caused. Never ever use them.
Description of Work: .I went to Bank of America Mortgage.to get a home mortgage and thankfully didn't.
