He was slightly backed up with work at the time, so my only complaint was that he couldn't do the job sooner. But he came as soon as he could, and he did the work when he said he would do it. This project was huge, and easily could have run over budget, but ended up hitting budget right on. The job gave us a 1/4 acre of additional yard in an area that previously was useless. We receive compliments on the yard consistently to this day, and impressed neighbors frequently ask who did the job for us. While his estimate wasn't the lowest we received, it was very reasonable, and we decided to go with them because he listened closely to what we wanted and had additional ideas for us that made the project come together perfectly. All in all we couldn't have been more satisfied with the quality, cost and professionalism. I recommend them to anyone in the area looking for work to be done.

Very good. Adair gave us a far less expensive estimate than other providers, mainly because he came up with some creative solutions. For example, he filled in the bottom portion of the deep pit with a less expensive fill and put the more fertile and more expensive soil on top. The actual cost of the project was slightly less than the estimate. The only minor problems with the service were, there were some relatively shallow divots left from the truck he used for filling in the pit and he didn't come to do the job quite as quickly as we had expected ( 2 weeks) after we agreed to hire him. All in all, however, I would definitely recommend him for this type of work. He was friendly, professional and a good value for the work.
