Great. I was worried about Firefox being outdated and I realized I had a big computer that wasn't being used, and needed a new laptop, so they helped me figure out what to do and then they did it. I'm so glad they're here! Specifically I worked with Macaylla and Nonnie, by the way.

The laptop is 5 years old but I had previously upgraded the internal hard disk, optical drive, memory, and battery myself. I spilled tea on the keyboard and could not get it to work again. Also 5 years of use had worn the finish off the top of the case near the trackpad. I called Left-Click and to my surprise, they had both parts in stock (keyboard and and quot;top caseand quot;) for my exact model (A1226, 2007). I installed those parts myself and everything worked perfectly on the first try. (I found the free online instruction manuals at ifixit.com to be helpful.)
They asked $65 for the keyboard, a very fair price. The price I saw online for a new keyboard was $100. They asked $200 for the top case, also very fair (the online price I found was $260). Apple charges $49 and $170 for these parts, but will supply them only if you have Apple install them. This entails labor charges and sending your computer away for a week, which I did not want to do. So I got my parts locally, and fixed my computer the same day.
