We have been using Kiera's since we move into this house about a year ago. It was our first experience with oil heating, and we weren't sure what to expect. They were very helpful explaining it all to us when they serviced our furnace last year and we've been using them ever since. They have always responded to inquiries or service requests promptly. They show up on time and are always professional. Prices are competitive with the local market.

I waited too long to finalize the new installation, but Kieras came right out to do the estimate. I receiced the proposal promptly and it was complete as to scope and timing. When I accepted the proposal, they gave me an installation date 3 weeks out. They came on that date and the installation went flawlessly. Installers very professional and informative. It is obvious that this company understands their trade, takes a great deal of pride in their work, and treats customers fairly. I also converted my oil account to Kieras.
I dealt with Dave for the estimate and business aspects. Bob and Joe did the instalation work.

We have been with them for 3 years and they are dependable. Their prices are competitive with other oil suppliers around here. They seem conscientious and thorough. They don't seem to price gouge.

I have been pretty happy with them. We were going to have them over 3 weeks ago to inspect our furnace but they had to cancel due to an emergency. We have not gotten them back here yet. Normally they come, make their oil delivery, leave their bill and that is pretty much it. They have done furnace inspections for us before - the last one was last fall. Their service is nothing exceptional but they have always been dependable. They always have some sort of pre-pay option for their regular customers and give some sort of discount. That has been good. We have always used them and have seen no reason to change.

We have been working with them for about 10 years. At times when we had an emergency, they have been totally there for us. They went beyond what you would expect the company to do. We have a very old house with a very old fashioned unit. Once it burst open and hot water went spraying over the room. They came right away to take care of it and they helped us with other stuff as well. I am pretty impressed with them. They have a system where you can buy oil ahead of time. So you can pay a whole year’s worth of oil at summer time prices. We really appreciate that.

Their workmanship is great, customer service is fabulous. They also maintain our boiler each year. They do a great job and I am pleased to recommend them.
