Moving here from a large international city, I was nervous to have someone new highlighting and cutting my hair for the first time. I scoured the reviews and really liked what I read about Terri at C. Kocot. She was terrific! The quality of highlight is top notch, (i required a challenging service as she had to unite years of varying highlighting jobs as well as fill in what was lacking). The cut was exactly what I asked for, as well as she was very helpful recommending options. For the quality of her service, her pricing is reasonable too -- I'd highly recommend making an appointment to see her*

Casimir Kocot is the one that owns and runs the shop. She is just absolutely cracker jack. She does not have anyone work for her but sometimes when she is really busy she has a friend that come in but that is very unusual. Her demeanor is friendly and professional; she is good. Everything is good except punctuality; she is sometimes little behind schedule.
