Atkinson Family Practice is a true "family practice." The doctors and nurse practitioners are very caring and because of their desire to let you know they are listening, they run very late for appointments. I have waited 45-60 minutes in an examining room.
The office staff members do their jobs but they are not always the friendliest of receptionists.
Conversely, Dr. Kate has met us at the office after hours and responds to emails and phone calls quickly. There have been lots of changes in this practice over the last few years and I am confident that once they get through their growing pains they will get back on track and be more punctual for their patients.
