Tom and his team did a fantastic job for us. We asked him to paint four rooms with lots of detail work (kitchen, formal and family rooms and dining room). Really appreciated the quality. Finished product was great: trim, cut-in work, ceilings. And he also saved us from making a mistake with color selection. The flow of complimentary colors from one room to the next was spot on. After traveling 1000 miles for our relocation, it was such a relief to see the interior of the home transformed. Tom is easy to work with and it was nice to be able to trust him with the keys to our home while we made our move. Thanks Tom!

I found Tom on HomeAdvisor to repaint the kitchen cabinets in a new home. He ended up doing the entire downstairs - trim, walls, etc. He offered a very competitive price to do the whole area. The trim was in fairly rough shape before, but Tom s team took great care with prep work to patch, caulk and prime everything. It made a huge difference and everything looks great now. Would highly recommend working w Tom.

I have been working with Promark Contracting for the last 8 years for a variety of painting projects (both interior and exterior for the last 2 homes I have owned). They are detail-oriented, professional, easy to work with, responsive and I would use no one else.

Tom and his crew were outstanding!. We had other contractors give estimates on out interior painting and Tom's estimate came in the lowest so we were so surprised we actually received the highest quality of work, the most professional care of our home and wonderful advice on colors and paint. This crew is the best we have ever had and we would hire them again in a hearbeat.

ProMark completed our exterior painting job at a very competitive price, and Tom and his crew were hard-working and highly skilled, however we ran into several issues during the job. Tom made errors in the quote for our job and basically underbid for the work he promised us, and then he asked for more money later on when he realized his mistake. We felt this was unfair, and, since it was his mistake not ours (he agreed to do more work than he originally quoted but forgot to adjust his price), we refused to pay the difference. There were also some quality issues with the job -- the house was not thoroughly washed as promised in writing in his bid, there were cigarette butts, coffee cups, and trash left around the job site, and they made an error in the color for our deck. We also had issues contacting him in order to get the job scheduled. We agreed to the price/job on May 11th and I had to send him a total of 4 emails and leave 3 voicemails to get him to contact me to schedule the job. They finally started the job in mid-June. While I understand the weather was a factor in terms of when he was able to start the job, I felt his communication was inadequate, and I was unhappy that it took so long to get a response from him. However, the job was completely quickly once they got going, and Tom and his crew were efficient and dedicated to the job. We were pleased with the outcome of the project, but feel that some of these other issues detracted from our overall satisfaction with ProMark.
