I two tons of crushed granite for a landscaping project, which went well. It was delivered on time, everything was fine, except I ran out of stone and time for the project. Several weeks later, I ordered another two tons of the same stone. It was delivered on time, but was the wrong stone. I was not there to verify and was already dumped, so, rather than make a giant fuss, I found something else to use it for. Unfortunately, this used up my available time as well. Fast forward to this week. I planned on finishing up the project Saturday morning, so ordered stone Wednesday, for Friday delivery. I hung around all day waiting for it, because I wanted to confirm that it was the correct stone. Around 4:30, I gave them a call because it had not yet arrived. The delivery guy said he had it down for Saturday delivery, even though I was told it would be Friday. This was irritating, but, okay... tomorrow. Since it was supposed to be here Friday, I assumed (wrongly) that they would deliver it early Saturday, since they obviously screwed up. They close at 1:00pm on Saturday, so around 1:30, when it still wasn't here, I gave them another call, and was told I was next. Delivery got here 20 minutes later. This was of course, too late for me, so another window missed. Now I have a pile of crushed stone (luckily the right kind) that will be sitting in my yard for at least a few weeks until I can organize some more time to finish the project. If you don't care about getting the right product delivered, or when it gets to your work site, these are the guys for you.

I called and spoke with Dante about getting the supplies I need to have a stone retaining wall built (my mason gave me a list). He was great to talk with on the phone, and recommended I come out to choose the type of stone in person since I'm not too far away and they have an extensive selection. I was able to walk around the area and spend as much time deciding as I needed to choose. Three different people helped me, and they were all patient and clear. It was very helpful to see the examples they have built, as well as the stone in person. I was very happy to have found them! The stone I chose comes in next week, so my supplies will be delivered then. If it had been in stock, they would have delivered in two days.
