Junk Haulers

Called Junk Haulers - was given a description of their services and pricing over the phone. They were responsive to my initial call and scheduled a time to come out 3 days later. I took great care to describe the junk and it's size -- the final estimate was w/in $10. I liked that they re-quoted me after arriving and gave me the opportunity to deny the service.

They completed the work quickly and swept the area afterwards. They were professional and friendly and easy to talk with.

On the day of the actual removal, they showed up on time, were very friendly and polite, and removed the tank efficiently. They left no mess and worked very quickly. They were a pleasure to work with.

I took advantage of the Big Deal junk removal being offered. When I first contacted Armando, we agreed upon a date within a week. Armando was very polite and easy to deal with. On the day of the hauling, Armando and his assistant arrived 5 minutes early, ready to work. I had placed just about everything I wanted removed next to my driveway. I underestimated the amount of junk I was getting rid of. Armando said he would do his best to take everything in one trip. I told him I would write a check for a second trip if it were necessary. True to his word, Armando amazingly managed to load everything I had. They work fast and professionally. I had forgotten one piece of furniture I wanted to remove, and Armando carried it out for me. Armando obviously takes great pride in his work and his business. There was no goofing around, no foul language, no leaving a mess. I will enthusiastically refer Armando to family and friends, and purchase his services for my own future projects. In addition to other clients, I could see Armando working well with elderly clients; he has the patience and disposition needed to get through major projects where extra guidance and discretion on the haulers part may be needed.

I couldn't be more pleased.

I requested an estimate for service via email around 9PM on Wednesday June 29. I received a response from Armando within an hour with the estimate and his contact phone number. I replied to the email that the price was fine and that I would call him the next day. When we spoke the next day, we mutually agreed to a time for the pick up on Sunday July 3. The Saturday before the scheduled pick up, I received a call from Armando telling me that he had injured his hand moving something earlier that day and asked if he could reschedule the pick up to the following Sunday, which I agreed to. (Note: Accidents do occasionally happen and Armando did in fact have a nasty looking gash on his arm when I saw him the next week.) The following Sunday Armando came to my house as scheduled having called ahead that morning to confirm the time. He and a helper had the furniture removed quickly and efficiently. Armando and his helper were both very pleasant and courteous. Armando was very diligent about calling ahead and keeping me advised of any issues, which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend Junk Haulers and would not hesitate to call them again in the future.
