Geoff Butler Construction

I just want to say that I cannot speak highly enough of the Geoff Butler Construction Company. I've used him for three years now. (My house being built in 1863 and last remodeled in 1960 and having 20 rooms, not counting and indoor and outdoor porch, I need a lot of upkeep.) Mr. Butler never fails to please. What finally made me feel I absolutely had to write was that my shower floor was leaking through the downstairs ceiling and onto the first floor and I was told by everyone I had spoken to that the only permanent solution was to pay roughly $6,000.00 for a new shower or to start taking baths. Mr. Butler in about an hours work put in a new rubberized floor that not only had me delighted and incredulous but also wowed my cleaning lady for the last ten years who couldn't believe how neatly the problem had been solved. (And she mentioned she had cleaned a **** of a lot of bathrooms in her life and never saw such a great solution to a serious problem.) I'm 68 years old and this is only the second time in my life I felt I should give a review. He does outstanding work at reasonable prices.
