I'm incredibly surprised there are no reviews for Superior Funding Corp because the service I received was top-notch and incredibly rave-worthy. I decided to go with this company for our mortgage because they are part of the Upfront Mortgage Brokers Association and the policy of UMBA members is to be honest and upfront about mortgages and all associated cost, fees, and issues. This was probably the best decision I made in our house-buying process. Roman answered questions from the obvious (since we were clueless) to the completely esoteric and applies-only-to-us. He was there for every step of the process, not only to help us with the financial parts but to lend advice and comments (which were always helpful and spot-on) for every other step in the process as well. Not only that, but frequently he was replying to e-mails at way past work hours and I never felt like I had to wait for an answer if I had a question. The rate and closing costs that we received was definitely comparable to other competitive lenders and we got amazing service to boot. He spelled it out exactly where he was getting compensation and also made suggestions that were definitely more in our interests than his (such as saving us a few hundred in closing costs by asking if we were comfortable with a higher down payment to decrease debt ratio) without ever being pushy or impolite. I highly, highly recommend using SFC if you are looking for quality, personalized service for your mortgage and loan shopping needs.
