SOUND IN MOTION

I took my radio to the dealer and they said I needed to buy a new one for $1000 so I went to these guys and they told me nothing was wrong with the radio, that the antenna was loose, and they fixed the radio for $100.

The car was started and finished on time. The owner Derek Kenney and his General Manager Jimmy were most helpful and spent as much time as I wanted with my 993 1997 Porsche. They also fixed my seats which had run off the track. I have nothing but good things to say about Sound in Motion in Brighton.

The team is very knowledgeable and provided fantastic customer service while handling multiple calls, in store customers.
They are personable and from what I saw they do repeat business with customers.

I found Sound in Motion through Angie’s List. I called and although they were very busy, they worked me in that afternoon. They made sure I knew how to work the equipment before I left.

The experience was great; I drove over to check to see if the part would fit, and in less than an hour, they had tested it, dismantled my dashboard and threaded the wire in the location I had wanted. I saved over $100 over the dealership price. Before I left the garage, the owner sat with me in the car and made sure it worked. It turns out there was a minor hiccup and they fixed it on the spot before I drove away. Awesome guys and great service.

I stopped by the store and quickly set up an appointment within the week. The service was completed in the estimated time and at the estimated cost. Job was done in a good manner. I have no complaints. Would go back again for more work.

Because my first experience with them was so good, I decided to use them again for my second vehicle. Once again, the work was first class, and the people there were kind and very professional. I was very happy with them overall.
