Extremely happy with the service and the overall results. Bert was a pleasure to deal with, professional and made me feel confident that the results would be good. The couch is now like new and a pleasure to sit on again.

Did a great job. Only thing that didn't go as planned was that they were unable to deliver couch back themselves so hired a delivery company who charged me an additional $110--not in original estimate. The delivery company was good, but due to Prospect not being able to deliver the couch, the item came several days after originally scheduled to come.

We called Bert because he reupholstered a couch 10 years ago. Ten years later, Bert is still in business, remembered us when he came over to do the estimate. He graciously agreed to make a second house call so that my husband and I could pick out the fabric together. He arranged for the woodwork to be done by another company (report on them as well), and delivered the chairs when promised (4 weeks total). He did an equally nice job with these chairs, and we have every reason to expect they will still look and feel great 10 years from now.
