Work went as promised. 2 Coats of Sherwin Williams Duration paint (self priming paint) was applied. The Duration paint was requested by me as it was already on other parts of the house where I had fiber cement siding applied. They usually recommend Pratt and Lambert which has an excellent rating with Consumer Reports. A separate check was requested for the paint cost which was made out directly to the paint store. No other payment was required until the job was fully completed (thus the name no risk painting). The crew worked hard and long days. I was not there during much of the day but on the couple of days that I was there they seemed to do adequate prep work. The house looks absolutely great! Their quote was only slightly lower than the one other quote I had from the company who put the fiber cement siding on the other part of the house. However they offer a 5 YEAR WARRANTY against peeling. They also ended up doing additional foyer work for me at no additional charge.
