I have use J and lP for over 20 years and just always go there first when my dealer warenty ends. Allways honest and great work, uses best parts, dependable, can leave car overnigh, early morning arrange to pick up from lot, anything that works for your schedule so long as you keep one set of keys for yourself.

Andy is the best. I recommend him wholeheartedly. He is totally trustworthy and does excellent work. Pleasant and easy to deal with. Only reason I'm not using him now is that I just bought a new car and its under warranty.

I hit a pole in a parking lot and tore my front bumper loose on the left side. I called Andy and told him what happened, and he said I could bring my car over and he'd tie everything up until we could get the replacement bumper ordered. (I needed my car for a weekend trip.) He did this free of charge! I later had him install the replacement bumper and new fog light, and he did a great job.

All the jobs I have had them do over the years have gone well. One job that was done resulted in smoke coming out from under the hood. I called and was told that some oil got on the engine and when it heated up it produced smoke, but they reassured me that this was just temporary.
