Door was damaged when someone backed into it.  It was covered by insurance. Hynes found a used door and it was replaced with no problems.
I have used them several times before and they have always been excellent.

Their pricing is excellent. Their personal service is amazing. I lived less than a mile away and they would drive me home. I'd drop my car off and they would take me home and when they finished the car, they'd pick me up. They have wonderful service. I'd tell others to use them. I've recommended them to everyone.

The repair took more than double the estimated time, and it was difficult to get them to return calls asking how my car was coming along. I pick the car up at night and it was parked in a dark location with no lights. Even in the dark, I could see that they had missed painting a spot, leaving bare white undercoating showing in the middle of the fender of my dark gray car. When I pointed this out because I came out with a brush and just dabbed a big blob a paint on it. When I got the car back I noticed there was a lot of loud rattles. Hynes claimed it was nothing they did. When I took the car to the dealer they showed me how they were actually pieces supporting the air filter missing which is on the opposite side of the car, over $200 words of the missing parts. Lord knows what they were even doing on that side of the car. About 2 months later, the right front wheel well fell out as I was driving along, a very dangerous situation. When I took the car to my mechanic, who also works in the area, he showed me how 70% of the fasteners were missing on side of the car and the grille area. My mechanic showed me how the panels Hynes had repaired moved with the push of one finger, whereas the rest of the car was rock solid. I brought the car back and showed the missing wheel well, fasteners, and air box parts to Hynes himself. He didn't seem particularly surprised, and just said we should make arrangements to get the car back to him when they shop wasn't busy. Well that never happened, but I later decided I really wouldn't want him touching my car again anyways. Better for me to lose the money than to have more dangerous "repairs". I'm just sorry my car was left as such a mess. Don't let this happen to you.

They do excellent work. They also did meet the appraisal price. They had the car complete in a timely manner. And they also called the rental car service for me. I would tell friends and family to expect a good job.

This was absolutely the best auto service experience I have ever had. The Hynes brothers were so kind, professional, friendly and helpful. I had put off getting my front bumper repaired due to being busy, and unfortunately, the insurance check became stale dated. Dan and his brother told me not to worry about anything, and they contacted the insurance company to get a replacement check sent to them for the work. They also contacted Enterprise car rental to come to the shop so that I could sign the paper work there when I dropped off my car for repair. I would absolutely go back here again, and would recommend Hynes Auto Body to anyone!

Bodywork

I had gotten another estimate at a shop recommended by someone I know well. estimate was $1500. Would have used them but found Hyne's on Angie's list and got estimate of $691 and that's exactly what they charged. They estimate 3 days but got it done in 1.5. I had arranged a rental car on my own but they then arranged to have it delivered to their shop when I dropped my car off. I had made reservation for that car but price was then cut ~40% because was for Hyne's. The work is almost perfect (there is a very tiny imperfection but I don't bother to ask them to fix it; I'm sure they would). What a great experience for what is usually such a pain in the neck.
