They are very good. They did the work on time. The job was completed on the roof-deck in four days. They tend to do bigger projects but since there was a gap in projects they came in and did it all for me. They took down the deck, replaced the roof, and then started building the roof, each in one day. The owner is Chinese and tends to use Chinese speaking workers; I speak Chinese so this was not a problem for me. I give professionalism a "B" because of the language barrier and there was a parking issue because they parked in a neighbor's parking spot and didn't let me know and my neighbor was pretty mad at me because it was my contractor.

Tom seemed generally knowledgeable, although not as clear-minded as some of the other contractors that bid on the job. The big problem was that he promised an estimate within 9 days and I never heard back from him. I left numerous voice mails but he never replied. I would at least expect the courtesy of letting me know that he was no longer interested.

I have used them many times and the experiences have been very good. The price was extremely reasonable. They were very professional, quick and responsive. They cleaned everything after the work was done. I think they are the best construction company I have ever worked with.
