Exceptional well..from the moment you enter the office to when you leave with repaired car, the whole team are customer focused and despite the volume of business, will always provide personalized attention.

I had heard good things about this shop and it is near home, so I gave it a try.  I would definitely go back and recommend them.  My mechanic , now retired, used to refer clients here for body work and I can see why.  I offered to pay several times, but the owner insisted that it was a very small effort and courtesy, and simply asked that I come back if I ever need significant repairs-- I definitely would

The owner was super nice but I'm not sure the workmanship was all that great.  On small tougch ups, which were supposed to be no charge, I was charge and whatever paint they used has now washed off, leaving my scratches bare.  I went to them due to YELP and though the work was done on time, it wasn't long lasting.  Also, the crews left my car unlocked and all my change was stolen and my car rooted through.  Owner thought a local homeless person did it.  The owner being so nice was apologetic and offered to repay me for the stolen cash.  I refused but was quite amazed at his generosity.
On the fence of whether or not to ever use again.

Everything was done in a timely manner and the check engine light is still off! (1 week later so far) Nice and small family place. A little informal, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Will definitely go there again!

They did a fantastic job. The car is as good as new.  Bonus:  they cleaned the car inside and out.  They also are connected with a rental car company and called them to pick me so I could rent a car to use when my car was being repaired.  I would not hesitate to use them again.

The painting job went exactly as described in the work order and came in slightly below the estimate.

These guys are amazing! I highly recommend them to anyone that has body work that they need done. Great work, excellent service, and all around good experience.

While visiting our daughter?s family, I nicked the front fender of her SUV in the garage.  The fender wasn?t dented but I did smudge the paint from the garage door rim.  I felt terrible so endeavored to locate a good body shop to schedule the work when her family was next out of town.  I then reviewed Angie?s List to find the highest rated shop near their home in Arlington.  Glenville Terrace Auto Body had the highest rating.  
I stopped by the next morning and the shop was really busy.  After a short wait, the manager and I looked at the car.   I told him the story about damaging my daughter?s car and he said he could ?relieve my conscience without much trouble.?  I went to a coffee shop nearby and enjoyed a good breakfast.  About 90 minutes later, I returned and the car was waiting.  As if by magic, the smudge was gone and I was greatly relieved.  When I asked for the bill, the manager said ?there is no charge ? come back when you have something more substantial to repair.?  
I heartily recommend this establishment as the epitome of customer service.    The body work was impeccable and the people in the office were very accommodating.   If we ever have the need of a body shop in the Boston area, Glenville Terrace is definitely where we will go.   Thank you very much.

They gave me an estimate (with some caution about the possibility of
hidden damage) and were able to perform a satisfactory repair in one day
for $250.  Exactly what I wanted, on time and on budget--did not want
to involve insurance company.

My subaru legacy had been making strange noises whenever I started it
and based on the other angies list reviews I decided to bring my car to
Glenville Terrace Auto Body. They were extremely  helpful and got back
to me with estimate the following  day and repaired my car within 24
hours. Highly recommend!

This group was aces in every way. Professional, knowledeable, flexible, efficient, And above all extremely skilled. The paint looks like nothing happened and the leak is rack and pinion AGAIN. If the guys who didn't find it or fixed the wrong problem in the first place don't get it right or don't honor the warranty, I'm taking car back to Glenville Terrace.

We have used Glenville Terrace on several occasions over the years and they are without a doubt the most honest and dedicated auto body shop I have ever worked with.  Barry and his team go out of their way to ensure a high quality job and their price has been impossible to beat.  We have recommended them to many friends over the years and will continue to do so. 

Great reviews on yelp led me to this repair shop. Decent quote but decided to go with them based mostly on their fanfare on yelp. In summary they ordered the wr g parts on two occasions, did not communicate that to me, I expected to pick up my car on many days during the process only to be told it would not be ready after I had called to check in. This happened at least 4x. Finally I demanded my car back and told them to call me when the parts came in because I couldn't be without a car for such an extended period of time. 2 nights in a rowi went after hours to pick up my car and after being reassured they would leave it in the lot for me with the keys locked in the glove box (I had a spare) I arrived to find my car locked in the garage and had to take a cab home from their shop. When I finally did get my car the car was unlocked and the key was visible on the dashboard. Could have been stolen without any effort. I must say the owner was incredibly apologetic and repaid me for my cab care but after everything I had gone through it should have ever gotten to this point. When all was said and done many noted the car looked great, however after a few months the paint started to peel on the trunk and rust became visible. I took a hit financially when trading it I'm because of the rust. The owner is awesome here, a genuinely good guy but I don't have confidence in his ability to make sure his staff represents his business in the way he should want them to. Thud was so stressful and took almost a full month for my car to be fixed. Never again.

The folks at Glenville were very nice, professional, and they worked well with my insurance company.  They did a good job and I would go back there in the future.

All of the workers are very service-oriented.  They worked well with my insurance company, Amica, which sent in representatives to confer and argue for the lowest-price option.  This is what made the service take a long time.  Glenville also works closely with Enterprise around the corner to provide rentals, which is exemplary of their service focus.
