Bruce is a pleasure to work with- he's straightforward and gets it done. He's not going to sugar coat anything or beat around the bush, and being able to trust him saves a lot of time and worry. Marcela also runs a tight ship, very efficient - I am always at easy when dealing with the Roberts group.
