I HAD FORGOTTEN HOW WELL SATISFIED I AM WITH OUR GRAVEL DRIVEWAY (DESPITE INITIAL CONCERNS ABOUT MAINTENANCE, HOW WELL THE PROCESS OF INSTALLATION HAD GONE, AND HOW COMPETITIVE THE PRICE HAD BEEN. (I'VE NOW FORGOTTEN THE COST, BUT DID GET SEVERAL BIDS WHEN IT WAS DONE.) WHEN I CALLED ALL-PRO, THINKING TO ASK THEM TO LEVEL THE DRIVEWAY AND ADD MORE GRAVEL (SINCE IT HAS BEEN SEVERAL WINTERS SINCE THE JOB WAS DONE, THE REP. CAME THE SAME DAY I CALLED, ARRIVED TEN MINUTES EARLY, AND WAS NOT ONLY HELPFUL IN TELLING ME I DIDN'T NEED THE JOB DONE, BUT DIDN'T SEEM TO MIND THAT HE HAD MADE A WASTED TRIP.
