I have used them for over 14 years. They get the job done right clean courteous. They send out a newsletter that has a coupon in it like a 25$ off coupon.

Awesome ! First time using Longo Carpet Cleaning ...and not the last. They were on time, professional and were done in a timely manner. The before and after look especially on the family room carpet was OUTSTANDING !! No need to shop, call or research online. These folks are the real deal.

Obviously, we have been happy with them because we used them over and over again. Everything looked great when they were finished. It was just their usual service. They were in and out and did a good job. There were two people that did the cleaning. I think their price is good because my wife uses them. They are okay price-wise.

"We were actually able to locate this transaction in our records in 2012. We regret that those records don't indicate that you utilized our Satisfaction Guarantee. There are some stains that do what is called "wicking" in our industry. If you can envision a candle wick, carpets will do the same thing. Unseen soiling or stains can remain after a thorough service and "wick up" the carpet fibers after servicing. The industry recommended way to remove that spot stain is through a very gentle touch-up so as not to over saturate the carpet again. By your own account, this is what you did. We only regret that we were not made aware of this so we could educate on the issue and resolve it directly"

We found them on Angie's List. I consulted Angie's List, and they had a good rating, they were a fairly local company, and I wasn't satisfied with who I was using, so I decided to go with them. I think their prices were a little high.

I have used them for a while now. I initially had some minor issues with the cleaning, but has worked out okay since. I still use them as the owner came out and really spent some time with me to correct the issues. I have been satisfied since then.

This is a return visit for them. They just finished the job. I like them very much as they are very reliable. My house is 3100 square feet. The kitchen, bathrooms and hallways are of hardwood and tiles. So, it was just the rooms that needed to be done. This is the third or fourth time that I have used them. I like them because they are on time and they come when they say that they will. The people who come are always courteous and they seem to know about what they are doing. They are very helpful. If I see something that I think that they might have missed then they are very willing to re-do the spot. They are a good company. I have not done any look around off late for the pricing because I like them so well that I have them come. I have not done much price comparison recently. When I first started using them I did the price comparison and I thought that they were right in line with everybody else. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

We have 2 dogs and a lot of traffic in our family room. The thing I love about Longo is that whenever I realize that the carpet REALLY needs cleaning, i give them a call and they are SO great about accomodating my time schedule. They have always been very prompt, and follow up with a phone call to see how the job went.

The work that they did was very good. Pretty much everything was topnotch. Once they were done it look pretty much like new. We had to dance around because of our availability. They tended to come early which is usually good. They had some difficult things to deal with but they did accommodate it. They managed to adapt to the situation. I got more than I expected for the price.

EXCELLENT! They always do a great job. We had a stain from the previous home owner come back through the first time and they returned and re-did the carpet over at no charge.
