Western has provided our general pest and carpenter ant protection for many years. They provide regular service several times throughout the year and will come whenever we note issues in between regular visits.
In the fall of 2010, we discovered termites in our attached garage. Western gave us the education we needed about termites and how they are controlled. We engaged them to treat our house, selecting a five-year plan that provides periodic inspections to make sure the termites do not return.
We are very pleased with the service we have received and enjoy that the same service person comes almost every time.
